Our private sessions are personalized to your performance needs. We can focus on various types of exercise, such as sport-specific, speed (acceleration & deceleration), agility, prehab, and more. Athletes will receive detailed instruction on how to properly perform skill specific, speed & agility drills that carry over to their desired sport.
In addition we have the “Buddy” Private Training session where you can bring a “Buddy” for a discounted rate.
The one hour session incudes an option for weight training in addition to skills training.
