Private Training

Our private sessions are personalized to your performance needs. During the initial training session, Coach Wilson will assess your movement patterns and thereafter, develop a plan for skill development. Private trainings can cover a plethora of training programs or combination of the four. The objective is to actively communicate with the athlete to ensure their goals are being achieved along with the technical needs assessed in the initial training.

Assisted Stretching

Our assisted stretching sessions are a private personalized stretch to your specific needs. During the initial stretch session, Coach Wilson will assess your flexibility and mobility and thereafter, develop a plan for flexibility/mobility training.

Stretch services are purchased under private session and can be a “Add on” to a private (Performance) session.

Adult Bootcamp

Our Adult Bootcamp uses various types of exercise but heavily focus on functional strength and cardio. The program objective is to provide positive results for all fitness levels, while increasing the engagement to perform day to day activities. Adults will receive detailed instruction on how to properly perform each exercise then preceded to perform three rounds of the selected drills in a circuit like manner.

  • Example: Functional movement, Balance Drills, Picking up objects, Squats, Medicine Ball Slam, Sprint, Push Up, Jump Rope
