We offer training for a variety of sports, including but not limited to football, basketball, track, soccer, tennis, volleyball, and fitness and conditioning programs.

3. How do I sign up for training sessions?

You can sign up for training sessions by visiting our website and registering for an account. Once registered, you can browse our available sessions and select the one that best fits your schedule and goals.

4. Do you offer group training sessions?

Yes, we offer group training sessions in addition to individualized coaching. Group sessions are a great way to train with friends or teammates and work on specific skills together.

5. What safety measures do you have in place?

The safety of our athletes is our top priority. We have certified coaches who are trained in first aid and CPR, and we adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols. Our equipment is checked and cleaned daily with the necessary solutions.

6. Can I book private coaching sessions?

Yes, we offer private coaching sessions for athletes who prefer one-on-one instruction. Private sessions allow for personalized attention and customized training programs to help you reach your goals faster. In addition we offer “Buddy Private” sessions, which is another great way to train with friends or teammates and work on specific skills together.

7. What should I bring to training sessions?

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing and shoes suitable for the sport you are training in. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your session.

8. How often should I attend training sessions?

The frequency of training sessions depends on your individual goals and schedule. Our coaches can work with you to create a training schedule that fits your needs and helps you achieve your objectives.

9. What if I need to cancel or reschedule a training session?
