Our Adult Bootcamp uses various types of exercise but heavily focus on functional movements (strength) and cardio. The program objective is to provide positive results for all fitness levels, while increasing the engagement to perform day to day activities. Adults will receive detailed instruction on how to properly perform each exercise then preceded to perform three rounds of drills in a circuit. Exercises will vary week to week.
